Im vegetarian. Most of my meals are vegan. I would like to make the jump to being full vegan, but it’s hard. I’m perfectly content with never eating meat again. I don’t miss it one bit. And that’s the thing. People think that I am depriving myself. And I think that for most Vegetarians or Vegans it’s the same way. Some people can just turn that switch in their head that just says OK!!! NO MORE MEAT! And that’s it!
Dairy and Eggs are a little harder cause it’s hidden in foods that you wouldn’t even realize contained it.
